CMDHB provides an option for GPs and other approved healthcare providers in its district to access CMDHB patient management systems.

NOTE:

This access is subject to TestSafe policy and procedure but differs from TestSafe in the following key areas:

• Only patients that have been to a CMDHB healthcare facility have records available
• Access to additional information services, specific to CMDHB are available (see below).

Over time, the CMDHB specific services will be fully incorporated into CareConnect services available to all DHBs in the northern region. In summary the additional services available are:

Patient Information:

• Web Éclair – patient laboratory test results, radiology and other reports, community dispensing records
• Clinical Documents - general patient information including referral, assessment and discharge summaries 
• i.PM Web - patient activity information including emergency department, theatre and waiting lists details
• Plato - patient surgical notes
